Chocolate passion

Who knows what's the must-have recipe in any food blog worthy of its name? I'm talking about chocolate cookies, of course! Fluffy inside and crispy outside...one leds to another! The good news is that this version is lighter than the original one and cholesterol free.


INGREDIENTS:
220 gr semi-coarse flour
30 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
90 gr fine cane sugar
2 tsp baking powder
125 gr soy yogurt
70 ml seed oil
1 handful dark chocolate chips
1 pinch vanilla powder

PROCEDURE:
Stir all dry ingredients, add liquids and mix well. Shape the biscuits and bake for 10/15 minutes at 180°.

They're perfect for breakfast or for an afternoon snack, along with a fresh-squeezed orange juice. Anyway...be careful or you will end up like this ahah
