Heating soup

According to Yin and Yang principle applied to nutrition, buckwheat is the most heating among all grains (it's not a a grain actually, but we call it like that for convenience). Whether you believe in this theory or not, I can guarantee that - due to boiling water and chili pepper in addition - this soup is very hot anyway ahah

INGREDIENTS:
1 leek
500 gr champignon mushrooms
100 gr buckwheat
1 tbs vegetable stock powder
chili pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:
Bring enough water to the boil, add buckwheat, sliced leek, vegetable stock and a pinch of salt and cook for 10 minutes. Add also sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes. Season to taste with chili pepper and eat warm.
