Millet & Beans

No, I'm not talking about a brand new group on the musical scene, even if the name might deceive you ahah
Millet balls are a recent discovery, very easy to prepare and super healthy, and the sauce is irresistible thanks to a secret ingredient...

INGREDIENTS (for 15 balls):
200 gr millet
2 tbs chickpeas flour
1 handful chives
2 cans borlotti beans (for the quick version, otherwise you can use dry ones and cook them before)
500 ml tomato puree
1/4 onion
plentiful rosemary

PROCEDURE:
Rinse millet and place in a pot with a pinch of salt and boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes, then drain it and let it cool down in a bowl. Aside, whisk chickpeas flour with water until reaching a thick texture. Add it to millet and season to taste with olive oil, black pepper and chives. Shape little balls and place on parchment paper. Cook at 200° for 15 minutes with crispy program, make sure to turn them after half baking.
For the sauce: chop finely the onion and place in a pot with tomato puree, a pinch of salt and a pinch of brown sugar. Wait until it boils, then add drained beans and rosemary and cook for a couple of minutes more.
