INGREDIENTS:
240 gr chickpeas, cooked
180 gr smoked tofu, cubed
1 spring onion, chopped
3 tbs corn flour for polenta or breadcrumb
PROCEDURE:
Blend chickpeas, tofu and onion adding a little water if needed. Transfer in a bowl and add corn flour or breadcrumb, mix well. Set aside in the fridge for a while. After that, shape your burgers and cook on a hot pan with a shred of olive oil, 3 minutes on each side.
