Green pasta

Hey there! Did I mention where do I come from? Well, you'll see in a few seconds, as soon as you realize what's the main star of this dish...I mean, PASTA! And were you thinking avocado was good only for exotic recipes, maybe? Try it like that and you won't regret!





INGREDIENTS:
Pasta of your choice (I prefer to use gluten free most of the time, it was corn linguine in this case)
100 gr fresh baby spinach
1 small avocado
1 rich handful roasted and chopped pistachios
himalayan pink salt, black pepper and powdered garlic (as needed)

PROCEDURE:
Cook pasta and blend the rest, except for pistachios. Mix it up and enjoy! You can also use "vegetable spaghetti" (such as zucchini or cucumber) for a raw food recipe.
