What's your first thought if I say: broccoli, dried tomatoes and olives? For me it's only one: Mediterranean pasta!
Tomatoes are hidden inside but there are some, I swear ^_^ |
INGREDIENTS:
250 gr whole wheat pasta (we don't eat it very often, but when we do, we take it seriously ahah)
400 gr broccoli
1 handful dried tomatoes
1 handful black olives
1 clove garlic
e.v. olive oil, herb salt, chili pepper
PROCEDURE:
Chop the broccoli and stir fry in a pan with a shred of olive oil, minced garlic and chili pepper. Add some hot water (from the pot where you're boiling pasta), cover and cook for 6/8 minutes. Then add chopped dried tomatoes and sliced olives, season to taste with a pinch of herb salt and finish the cooking. When pasta is ready mix it with the vegetables, add another shred of oil and serve it.
